• A PKR 300 advance payment is required to confirm all orders.

• The remaining balance (if any) can be paid upon delivery.

• To request a refund or exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp at the number provided on our website within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories (if any).

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange according to the situation.

• Change of mind is not accepted for refund or exchange.

• Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
